Invited speakers do not need to fill in the entire form. Please, indicate the dates of your arrival and departure (to/from Novosibirsk) and your flight number only.

We do not consider forms prepared in MS Office. No rtf- or doc-file will be opened because all the information can be sent as a usual text.
