"Algorithmic problems in group theory and related areas"

The international workshop «Algorithmic problems in group theory and related areas» is organized by Sobolev Institute of Mathematics SB RAS (IM SB RAS) and Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU). It will take place from July, 30 till August 10, 2012, in the Altai Republic near the town of Chemal at the NSTU summer camp «Erlagol».

Organizing committee:

The following lecture courses accompanied with seminars will be given:

    1. "Groups with triality and Moufang loops", by Alexandr N. Grishkov, Professor, IME-USP, S&atildeo Paulo, Brazil.
    2.  "Linear methods for studying automorphisms", by Evgenii I. Khukhro, Professor, IM SB RAS, Novosibirsk, Russia.
    3. "Rational and algebraic combinatorics", by Vladimir N. Remeslennikov, Professor, Omsk branch of IM SB RAS, Omsk, Russia.
    4. "Difficulty problems for protocols with group-theoretical base", by Vitalii A. Roman'kov, Professor, Omsk State University, Omsk, Russia.
    5. "Permutation groups: theory, applications, and computation", by Akos Seress, Professor, University of Western Australia, Perth, Australia.

Everybody is welcome to participate. Please note that due to the limited number of accommodation places in the summer camp, the priority for participation will be given to graduate and postgraduate students, young researches, and young teachers.
